Neptunia Sisters vs. Sisters - It Sucks. Please Buy It.

We played Neptunia Sisters vs. Sisters on Xbox, because someone had to. Our relationship with Neptunia is complicated. We love the characters - all cute anime girls loosely based on video game systems - but the actual games are pretty, well, horrid. Sisters vs. Sisters is no different in that regard. It's 70% bad visual novel and 30% bad action RPG and the whole experience is pretty mediocre. 

But if we ever want to see more anime games on Xbox, we kinda have to buy stuff like this, right? It isn't all bad, really. It does some interesting things with chaining combos together by switching characters and the girls are definitely cute - and the Xbox version has swimsuit costumes unlocked from the start ... - so there is definitely some fun to be had here. The story is horrible, though, no getting around that. And there's so much story, too!
